Where can I find previous committee minutes and the agendas for the meetings held at the Fall Business Meetings?
The minutes from previous committee meetings and agendas for the meetings will be available at www.tcafallcall.com/agendas-minutes. Please note that they will be uploaded before the event.

What is the dress code for the 2023 Fall Business Meetings?
The dress code for the event, including the reception, is business casual
Schedule
Where can I access the schedule for the committee meetings?
The full schedule of committee meetings can be found here. We encourage all attendees to participate in all meetings.
It's not necessary to be a committee member to attend.
Reception
Will there be a reception after the committee meetings?
Yes, there will be a reception and dinner at the House of Sweden on Monday evening, following the committee meetings. Buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 5:45 pm and will return to the Hyatt at the conclusion of the event. We'd like to express our gratitude to reception sponsor, Volvo.

Talking Points
How can I access the talking points for congressional meetings regarding key truckload issues?
Prior to the meeting, TCA will provide registrants with talking points for congressional meetings. There will also be a morning breifing prior to the meetings.
Dress Code
What is the dress code for the 2023 Call on Washington?
Business attire is required for congressional meetings. As this event involves a significant amount of walking, comfortable shoes are recommended. Additionally, the dress code for both receptions is business casual.

Attendees will be assigned to different groups for congressional visits. A schedule specifying your group's meeting times and locations will be provided to you on-site during the event.
